Yoga usually requires a lot of space but it can limit your space and enables you to stay in one place. Body focused types of yoga include bikram yoga, ashtanga yoga, Iyengar yoga and vinyasa yoga. What was it about the yoga instructor that made you accomplish what you thought you couldn't?
Do not practice only your best poses, but also work on poses you struggle with as well. Lack of motivation is the reason for diet and exercise failure. It's being human, sometimes you feel like you are getting results and other times, you feel like nothing is changing.
Yoga is not what you keep to yourself, bring in one or two friends and have a good time. Yoga leaves us little time to rest our minds and relax.
