Yoga is about balance. Teaching is a wonderful opportunity to enrich your life, and make a difference in the lives of others.
Together your mind and body affect everything you do, so Yoga can help you with practically anything. Even though you may focus on one or two styles, a highly skilled yoga instructor has the combined knowledge of many styles of yoga. Aerobic exercise is great for burning calories, and strength training works very well for strengthening your muscle groups, but yoga goes far beyond either of those forms of exercise and can benefit you both physically and mentally.
Vinyasa yoga, sometimes called Flow or Power yoga, contains a completely different focus, in comparison to the meditative Hatha. It also keeps them in great shape as they are teaching. Yoga works all the muscles in your body and helps to tone your muscles.
Inversions keep your legs above the level of your heart which in turn affects the flow of blood. You can't change it overnight.
