Yoga will not be a quick fix for all your aches, worries and pains. Long-term Yoga practice will make you a happier person. It also keeps them in great shape as they are teaching.
A benefit of yoga is that by breathing deeply into places in your body that hold tension, you can help release the emotions that may be buried there. The enthusiasm of others would rub off on you any day you feel low and don't want to continue with your practice.
