You always need to be developing your skills as a Yoga Teacher. Although most people have heard about Yoga, not so many know much about it.

By using a series of poses and breathing techniques, yoga also works on the practitioner's balance, strength and overall health. Your voice may be naturally assertive, which is great in life, but difficult for projecting a serene mood in a Yoga class. A yoga master can charge much more for their safe instruction than a novice instructor.

The problem with most people is that they rush into everything that sounds interesting before they are sure of whether they want it or not. Furthermore, while in weight training, you isolate a specific muscle as you perform an exercise and this leads to a short, tightened muscles, the muscles you develop during exercising yoga are more likely to be elongated, because as you are strengthening them, you are simultaneously lengthening them. The most positive part of your character must be present in every Yoga class you teach.

Most yoga practices include some time for meditation. If you begin to feel more spiritual it's probably because you are more in tune with your body and life than you were before you started doing yoga.
